About once a year a friend of mine, ( we've been friends for 13 years) we will have a girl's night out and go out to eat together. Well we decided to do this tonight, so I met her in Heber. I had to take Jeremy's truck because my van has a flat on it. Anyway, Jeremy's gas gage doesn't work. I was on my way home from us going out to eat and I got THREE blocks from home and ran out of gas! It must be our week for running out of gas one half of a mile from our destination. Due to Tuesday's incident, I MADE SURE my tires were off of the white line. I literally got out and stood in the road and checked. I called Jeremy and the next door neighbor. The next door neighbor watched the kids while Jeremy walked down there to put gas in the truck....
So this must be why we did this on Tuesday, so God could teach me a lesson that I would need to know three nights later...
